We walk your lot, talk through how you actually want to live in the house, and plan the build around the site — the grade, the drainage, the views, the way the house should sit on the land. Then the same standard runs through foundation and flatwork, framing, roofing, and every trade we coordinate, until the final walkthrough where we check the finished home against your expectations before we call it done.
